“Star Hour. Do you know the USA?”

Я провожу в 10,11 классах конкурс под названием «Звездный час». Конкурсные задания дают возможность учащимся хорошо запомнить некоторые исторические даты, государственные символы англоязычных стран, достопремичательности, праздники, имена писателей и их произведения. Цель этого конкурса помочь учащимся хорошо подготовиться к ЕНТ. На конкурсе участвуют 6 человек. В конкурсе 4 тура и финал. За каждый правильный ответ ученик получает звезду. По окончании каждого конкурса из игры выбывает участник, который набрал наименьшее количество звездочек.

Ведущий : Glad to meet you6 dear bogs and girls6 guest and teachers! Today we are having a competition ‘The Star Hour’. Now the participants will introduce themselves.

Участники конкурса коротко говорят о себе по-английски, затем читают наизусть стихотворение, поют песенку на английском языке, чтобы получить звездочку.

Make as many words as you can out of the word “Washington”.

Побидитель конкурса получает приз.
